Rich Temples

Rich Temples currently serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Benson Hill, where responsibilities include establishing and growing the technology team across various domains and managing a nearly $3 million annual budget. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Executive Director of Cloud Services at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where a focus was placed on cloud cost-management strategies and overseeing KPIs. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Infrastructure and Global Cloud Solutions at New Balance, directing infrastructure and strategic IT, and holding various positions at BASF, including IT Business Leader. Rich Temples obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Eastern Illinois University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Lake Land Community College.
