Rachel Wiesner

Rachel Wiesner has a strong background in operations management in the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Benson's Restaurant Group since November 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Grebe's Bakery from February 2021 to December 2023. Rachel Wiesner holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed in May 2023.
