Diego Tallia Giosa

Diego Tallia Giosa is an experienced professional in quality and operations management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Plant Quality Manager at BENTELER Group since February 2022, Diego oversees quality responsibilities across the Campinas and Panambi plants. Previously, Diego held the position of Operations Manager at BENTELER, managing various manufacturing projects and continuous improvement initiatives with significant operational turnover and diverse team coordination. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Bosch, where Diego progressed through roles from Project Engineer to Production and Operations Manager, significantly contributing to the Ignition and Sensors Business Unit and leading various successful product development and manufacturing projects. Diego holds an MBA in Management and Business Strategy from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
