Andre Mechi de Paula has a diverse work experience. Andre began their career at Kohl Elevadores as a Managing Director, where they implemented business strategies and managed the Supply Chain. Andre then worked as an Operations Manager at High Control, optimizing the operational area and improving integration between different departments. At Protego Leser, they served as the Operations & Logistics Coordinator, managing orders, coordinating logistics, and overseeing product dispatches. Subsequently, they joined Wellstream as the Global Supply Chain Manager, responsible for strategic and tactical sourcing and managing international suppliers. Andre then worked at GE Power as a Senior Supply Chain Leader, where they managed supply agreements and negotiations. Following that, they held various roles at Royal IHC, including Chief Operations Officer, where they led engineering, production, project management, and supply chain functions. Andre was also responsible for operations and business development in the South Hub region. Currently, they are working at Benthic as the Operations Brazil / Global Continuous Improvement Director, leading operational deliveries to clients in the Oil & Gas and Wind Farm sectors. Andre is also a member of Acteon's Lean Council and Supply Chain Council.

Andre Mechi de Paula holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ibmec, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduation in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the years 2000-2001. In their earlier years, they studied at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Production, studying from 1992 to 1997. Lastly, their education history dates back to their enrollment at Lycée Molière from 1985 to 1992, however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
