Busola Olowu

Busola Olowu started their work experience in 2019 as a Software Engineer Intern at both HNG Internship and start.ng. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer Trainee at PARTHIAN PARTNERS LIMITED, where they gained experience in project management and software engineering. Busola then joined CRAND Technologies in 2022 as a Back End Engineer, where they researched and implemented methods to improve program stability and efficiency. In the same year, they worked at Consumer Powered Technology as a Back End Engineer, revamping the user experience and system consistency through advanced coding techniques and staying up to date with technical certifications and training. Currently, they are working at Bento as a Back End Engineer, orchestrating the successful implementation of payroll and HRM services while refining existing API services for enhanced performance and security.

Busola Olowu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Babcock University in Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making, How to Manage Feeling Overwhelmed, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, and The Web Developer Bootcamp, in July 2020 and June 2019, from LinkedIn and Udemy respectively.
