Bear Chaney

Bear Chaney has over 20 years of experience in Ad Valorem Appraisals, currently serving as the Assessor for Benton County since January 2011. Prior to this role, Bear worked as an Appraiser at Chaney Appraisal Service from September 2001 to December 2010, specializing in appraisals for home mortgages, refinancing, and estates. Bear retired in March 2020. Educational background includes studies at ASU and Crawfordsville/Earle.
