Marcus Williams MA, CWDP, GCDF, CMCS, is an experienced professional in grant administration and career counseling, currently serving as a Grant Administrator for Benton County Government since October 2021. Previously, Marcus worked as a Career Counselor at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included empowering individuals in their employment and career goals. Marcus has extensive experience in higher education, having held roles such as Director of Grants and Perkins at NorthWest Arkansas Community College and Executive Director of the Pathways to Accelerated Completion and Employment Initiative. In the US Navy, Marcus directed global intelligence operations.
