Inigo Serrano has worked in various positions in the telecommunications industry since 1991. Inigo began their career as a Systems Engineer at Lucent Technologies in 1991. In 1993, they moved to Nortel as a Key Account Manager and Sales Support Manager. In 1996, they joined Telefonica Moviles as a Senior Manager for SME Sales, GSM Strategy and Product Marketing. Inigo then moved to Meditel in 1999 as a Board Member. In 2005, they rejoined Telefonica as VP Corporate Business Development Asia and VP Corporate Partnerships. Inigo then left Telefonica to become the CEO and Board Member of Nilo Solutions in 2010. In 2011, they co-founded Emtrics, a Customer Experience Management (CEM) B2B-SaaS startup. Finally, in 2016, they joined Bequant as VP Sales.
Inigo Serrano has an educational background that includes a MSc in Telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs, and a High School Diploma from New Canaan High School.
