Juliane Reffert

Juliane Reffert, MBA, M.A., currently serves as the Head of Personnel and Organization at Berlin Brandenburg Airport since March 2023. Previously, Juliane held the position of Personnel Director at St. Joseph Krankenhaus Berlin Tempelhof from April 2014 to February 2023, and served as Head of Human Resources at Vanguard AG from January 2013 to March 2014. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Consultant at Vivantes – Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH and HR Manager at AneCom AeroTest. Juliane began their career as Personnel Manager at Gegenbauer Sicherheitsdienste from July 2000 to March 2007. Academically, Juliane earned a Diplom in Psychology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, and a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences.
