Gugus Adab

Gugus Adab possesses extensive experience in human resources and people development, currently serving as the Recruitment and People Development Supervisor at PT Berca Carrier Indonesia since December 2021. Prior to this role, Gugus held the position of Learning Development Specialist at PT Hasnur Jaya Utama from November 2019 to January 2022 and at PT Mega Perintis from May 2019 to October 2019. Previous experience includes HRD People Development at PT Haeng Nam Sejahtera Indonesia from July 2013 to March 2019 and working as Event Staff at Mind Technology Indonesia from January 2012 to July 2013. Gugus Adab earned a degree in Psychology (Sarjana Psikologi) from Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, completing studies from 2008 to 2013.
