Cathie Cool Rumsey

Cathie Cool Rumsey is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Management at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, since February 2022, Rumsey previously held the role of Project Manager at Berean Group International, managing global web application implementations and ensuring quality control. From February 2019 to February 2022, Rumsey acted as Interdepartmental Project Manager for the State of Rhode Island EOHHS, overseeing $75 million in federal grant-funded opioid and drug overdose prevention programs. Rumsey's career also includes serving as a State Senator in Rhode Island and leadership positions at AIPSO and APC by Schneider Electric. Rumsey holds a Master's degree in Quality Management from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Nazareth University.
