Gregory Shamalov

Gregory Shamalov, CPA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Gregory is currently working as a Vice President of Finance at Berenberg Capital Markets since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at CIFC Asset Management from January 2021 to October 2022.

Before their role at CIFC Asset Management, Gregory worked at Steel Partners Holdings where they held various positions, including Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting from March 2018 to January 2021, Accounting Manager from October 2015 to March 2018, Senior Accountant from April 2012 to October 2015, and Internal Auditor from August 2011 to April 2012.

Gregory began their career as an Accountant at Graf Repetti & Co., LLP from November 2010 to August 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Accountant at Hoberman & Lesser, LLP from July 2007 to July 2010.

Gregory Shamalov, CPA holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College. In 2010, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the New York State Education Department.
