Dorinda van Dam

Dorinda van Dam is an experienced professional in quality management and allergen consultancy, currently serving as Kwaliteitsmanager at Bergbanket since November 2022. Previously, Dorinda worked as a Trainer/Consultant at Allergenen Consultancy from October 2019 to September 2022, specializing in allergen management for the food industry in the Netherlands and Flanders. Dorinda held the position of Kwaliteitsmanager at Baronie-de Heer B.V. from January 2002 to August 2019, overseeing the quality system for a chocolate production facility. Dorinda also served as Hoofd Kwaliteitszorg at Bakkersland Rotterdam from September 1993 to January 2002, where key responsibilities included establishing and maintaining a quality system and achieving HACCP certification. Dorinda holds an Ingenieur (Ir.) degree in Levensmiddelentechnologie from Wageningen University & Research, completed between 1986 and 1992.
