Vladimir Kostka began their career in 2011 as a Welder for IMC Slovakia s.r.o. Vladimir then worked as a Technician for Sinop a.s. in 2012. In the same year, they were a Test Engineer for SZU – Engineering Test Institute, Public Enterprise. In 2014, they worked as a Test Engineer for Honeywell for the purpose of their Master's Thesis. From 2015-2017, they were a Design Engineer for IMC Slovakia s.r.o., a Heating & Cooling Systems Designer and Co-owner for BIOMAC ENERGY s.r.o., and a Heating Systems Designer for Projekční kancelář Štěpánek. From 2017-2019, they were a Process Engineer for Kovoprojekta Brno a.s. and currently works as a Senior Process Engineer for Bergen Carbon Solutions AS, where they are responsible for process engineering activities in the field of carbon capture, utilization, storage systems and process/chemical engineering systems.
Vladimir Kostka has an extensive education history. Vladimir received a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brno University of Technology in 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Zilina in 2011. Before that, they attended Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Vladimir also has an Electrician - Apprenticeship Certificate from SOŠ Kosinova Olomouc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
