Ellianne Gallardo

Ellianne Gallardo, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Bergen Community College, a position held since December 2022, after previously working as the Associate Director of Employee Relations and Organizational Development. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director and Contractor at Philips Academy Charter School of Paterson, Inc., Human Resources Manager at AccentCare, Inc. and Alliance for Health, Inc., and similar managerial positions at Independent Living Association NYC and Sinergia, Inc. Ellianne began a career in human resources at Technical Operations, Inc. and has a diverse background in management from earlier roles in health club operations and lifeguarding.
