Susan Mendelowitz

Susan Mendelowitz is the current President & COO at Bergen Regional Medical Center. Prior to their current role, they held positions as the President & Administrator at Bergen Regional Medical Center, Deputy Director at the Bergen County Department of Health Services, and Vice President of Patient Care Services/CNE at Holy Name Medical Center.

Susan has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience in hospital administration, clinical services management, and nursing education. Susan is a highly respected leader in the healthcare community and is dedicated to providing quality care for their patients.

Susan Mendelowitz has a BSN from Rutgers University, an MPA from Rutgers University, and a certification in medical ethics and health policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Susan is also board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Finally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Healthcare certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
