Shibabrata Roy

Shibabrata Roy has extensive experience in the chemical and paint manufacturing industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Production at Berger Paints India since December 2014, overseeing the Water Base, Solvent Base, and Protection plants with a capacity of 60,000 kl-mt per annum. Prior roles include Manager of Production at Berger Paints India, AE in the Caustic Chlorine Plant at Durgapur Chemicals Ltd from November 2007 to November 2014, Deputy Engineer focused on process control at Graphite India Ltd, and Assistant Executive in charge of a resin plant at Shalimar Paints. Shibabrata holds an MTech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental and Sustainable Development, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
