Jesse Richman

Jesse Richman, Esq., RCA, CEDS has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, Jesse worked as a Membership Assistant for the Boston Bar Association, where they managed customer service and billing. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a Membership Assistant at ClubCorp, taking on additional responsibilities during a positional vacancy. In 2005, Jesse worked as a Judicial Extern for Judge Dianne Steel at the 8th District Court of Nevada, where they conducted research and processed petitions. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Contract Attorney for various companies, gaining extensive experience in reviewing case documents. From 2011 to 2015, Jesse worked as a Review Project Manager at Legal Support Personnel / Special Counsel. In 2015, they returned to contract work as a Contract Attorney for Special Counsel and UnitedLex. In 2016, Jesse joined Cimplifi, first as an eDiscovery Project Manager, then as an eDiscovery Consultant, and finally as the Director of Project Management, overseeing a team of Project Managers. In 2023, Jesse joined Complete Discovery Source as a Client Director, where they tripled revenue for a key client and nurtured new client relationships. Later in 2023, Jesse joined Berger Singerman as the Director of eDiscovery and Litigation Support. Overall, Jesse has a strong background in eDiscovery, project management, and client relationship management.

Jesse Richman, Esq., RCA, CEDS completed their education at Brandeis University, earning a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from 1997 to 2001. They then pursued a Doctor of Law degree (JD) at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, graduating from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jesse Richman, Esq., RCA, CEDS has obtained various certifications in areas such as Relativity, DocuSign, Nuix, Brainspace, and E-Discovery. Furthermore, they are licensed to practice law by the New York State Bar since 2009.
