Raul Bergesch is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and business law. As the founding partner of Bergesch Martin Advogados since October 2016, Raul specializes in various areas including asset protection, succession planning, labor law protection, real estate law, corporate shielding, trademark registration, international advisory, tax advisory, and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Raul served as a partner at Biason Assessoria Empresarial from April 2012 to September 2016, focusing on business relations, corporate law, contract law, and real estate. Raul holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Tax Law, Business Law, and Corporate Law from prestigious institutions, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Feevale, and a degree in Accounting from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
