David Burgoon

David Burgoon is an experienced GIS professional with a robust background in application development and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior GIS Developer/Analyst at Bergmann since March 2019, David previously held the role of Senior Application Developer at the City University of New York - Center for Urban Research from February 2008 to March 2019. Prior to that, David worked as a GIS Application Developer for the New York City Department of Transportation and the New York City Department of Health & Mental, where responsibilities included GIS application development and administration. David holds a Master of Science in Geo-environmental Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from SUNY Geneseo.
