Maik Hebel

Maik Hebel has been with Berief Food GmbH since October 2016, currently serving as Teamleiter IT, where responsibilities include building and leading a cohesive IT team towards common objectives. Maik also expanded the company’s training portfolio as IT-Ausbilder by introducing the Fachinformatiker:in profession and ensuring the success of apprenticeships. Additionally, as IT-Systemkoordinator, Maik contributed to the company's transformation into a digitalized industrial enterprise. Prior to this, Maik gained valuable experience at thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions from August 2013 to October 2016, starting as an Auszubildender and advancing to Fachinformatiker Systemintegration. Maik holds a degree in Fachinformatiker Systemintegration from Berufskolleg Beckum Fachschule für Technik, completed in 2016.
