Malorie Lomer

Malorie Lomer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Bering Straits Native Corporation since May 2016. In various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, Malorie has been involved in employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. Previous roles include Rural Governance Fellow at First Alaskans Institute, where responsibilities included assisting tribal office operations and drafting legal codes, and Middle School Academy Youth Peer Mentor with the Alaska Native Science and Engineering Program, providing support to students on engineering projects. Malorie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Rural Development from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, earned cum laude.
