Molly Webb, MBA, PHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Molly currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC), a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, Molly served as the HR Manager at Bristol Bay Shared Services, LLC from March 2020 to June 2023. Molly also worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at CIRI from August 2012 to March 2020. Molly has experience in leadership positions, having served as the HR Director at Hotel Captain Cook from May 2011 to September 2012. Molly began their career as an HR Specialist at USKH Inc from May 2007 to April 2011 and later worked as an Executive Assistant/HR at the Alaska Women's Resource Center from May 2005 to May 2006. With their extensive background in HR, Molly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.

Molly Webb, MBA, PHR, SHRM-SCP, attended Alaska Pacific University from 2005 to 2007 where they completed their MBA in Business. Prior to that, they studied Criminal Justice and Psychology at the University of Idaho from 1999 to 2003, earning a BS & BA degree.
