Cole Carns is a seasoned professional in the multifamily investment sales sector, currently serving as Director at Berkadia since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Capstone Companies as a Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor and at D.R. Horton focusing on Land Acquisition. Earlier in the career, Cole held positions as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Linville Team Partners and completed internships with Porter Realty Company Inc./CORFAC International and Collared Greens. Cole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from High Point University, where education was completed from 2013 to 2017, following high school education at St. Christopher's School.
