Dawn Seliga

Dawn Seliga is a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Berkadia since October 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in the real estate and finance sectors. At CoStar Group, Seliga served as a Senior Sales Trainer, where a live webinar training program was developed to enhance client engagement with commercial real estate data. As an Investment Analyst at NorthMarq, Seliga played a key role in underwriting and closing $445 million in loan originations across diverse asset types. Prior positions include managing financial operations for the Kornblau Real Estate Program at Virginia Commonwealth University and various roles in analysis and consulting across different organizations. Seliga holds a Master of Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University.
