Justin Regan

Justin Regan, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President - Underwriter at Berkadia since July 2021, Justin has previously held roles including Underwriter and Underwriting Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Construction Analyst at Lument, and work as an Acquisitions Analyst at Westdale Asset Management, where modeling and analytical tasks were performed in collaboration with executive leadership. Additional experience includes serving as a Debt and Structured Finance Analyst at CBRE and providing exceptional service in golf member services at Miramont Country Club. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
