Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has extensive experience in commercial real estate and financial services. Currently serving in the Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets at Berkadia since April 2019, Kevin specializes in debt placement and structuring for various real estate projects, with a particular emphasis on multifamily and other asset types. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Freddie Mac in Multifamily Loan Production and Sales / Underwriting from October 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included originating multifamily debt and managing deals from quote to closing. Kevin's career also includes roles at Howard Hughes Medical Institute focusing on endowment trading and analysis, as well as at Morgan Stanley, where Kevin handled trade support within the derivatives market. Kevin holds a Master's of Real Estate from Georgetown University with a multifamily focus and a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University.
