Kristen Halverson

Kristen Halverson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristen has most recently worked as the Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Berkeley Electric Cooperative, Inc., where they are responsible for implementing talent development and performance solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at the College of Charleston, where they designed and implemented training and onboarding programs for the employees. Kristen also has experience as a Manager of Training and Development at Conifer Health Solutions and as an Education Coordinator at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Kristen has also worked as an English Teacher at Beaufort High School and Merrimack Valley School District. Kristen has held various leadership positions within the Merrimack Valley Educator's Association. Additionally, they have worked as a Teacher at Diversion Services and as a Freelance Press Release writer at Simon and Schuster Publishing.

Kristen Halverson's education history begins in 1987 when they attended Keene State College. Kristen studied English with a focus on Secondary Certification and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 1991. In 2005, they enrolled at Plymouth State University and studied Administration for two years.

In 2015, Kristen obtained a certification as a Credentialed Epic Trainer for ADT from Epic. This certification was earned in July of that year.

More recently, in 2022, Kristen participated in the Management Internship Program at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. No degree is specified for this program.
