Anita Simpson

Anita Simpson, CPM, is an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a robust background in managing diverse real estate portfolios. Since June 2021, Anita has been with Berkeley Partners, overseeing a portfolio of one million square feet across industrial, office, retail, and commercial associations. Previous roles include managing significant commercial properties at Green & Little, LP, and serving as Director of Property Management at The Carter Company, Inc., where Anita managed a portfolio of 300,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, along with residential housing. Prior experience as an HR Generalist at First Care Clinics contributed to Anita’s strong administrative skills. Anita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
