Brad Watson

Brad Watson serves as General Counsel for Berkeley Partners, a role held since January 2012. In this capacity, Brad manages corporate and legal functions while providing expertise on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and operation of the firm's extensive real estate investments. Prior to this position, Brad worked as a Broker Associate at Caldecott Properties from October 2005 to January 2012. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law (2001-2005) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies from the University of Miami Herbert Business School (1997-2001).
