John Anderson P.e.

John Anderson P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of construction management, surety claims, scheduling, and quality of work. John has worked as a Principal at Berkeley Research Group LLC since 2012, providing expert opinions and testimony on various construction practices and defects. Before that, they were a Partner at Lovett Silverman Construction Consultants from 2002 to 2011, where they consulted on troubled construction projects and provided solutions to contractors, owners, and financial institutions. Prior to that, they held Vice President roles at Michael Power Company and Anderson Consolidated Corporation. John also has experience as a Project Manager at Power Engineering Contractors and as a Civil Engineer at Sea Engineering Inc., specializing in marine and coastal facility design and construction.

John Anderson P.E. holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained between 1985 and 1987. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering at the same institution from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their educational background, John has also obtained several certifications including Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Licensed Contractor from the state of California, and Registered Civil Engineer from California, Iowa, and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
