Marie P.

Marie P. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in facilitation, community management, and media coordination. As a Consent Facilitator at Berkeley Student Cooperative, Marie developed and facilitated workshops focused on consent education, addressing critical topics such as sexual health and power dynamics. Previously, in the House Manager role, Marie organized student move-ins and facilitated conflict resolution within a co-living environment. As News Director at KALX Community Radio, Marie coordinated multiple weekly news broadcasts and provided training in essential radio news skills. Marie also contributed as the Human Resources Coordinator for {m}aganda magazine, creating educational resources for interns and promoting outreach among local artists. In the earlier role of Social Manager at Berkeley Student Cooperative, Marie focused on creating inclusive social spaces grounded in anti-oppression frameworks.
