Doug Ng

Doug Ng is Cityside’s news platforms director and started working with Berkeleyside in 2010 when he designed Berkeleyside’s first website. Doug coordinates audience, design, and technology resources to ensure the organization provides an optimal user experience and meets its journalistic, audience, and business goals. He recently received an award from SPJ Norcal for his design of “Scarred but resilient: Telegraph Avenue emerges from the pandemic.” Doug previously worked at global consulting firms and advertising agencies and created branding for small businesses and start-ups. He is a San Francisco native and lives in Berkeley.
