Shawn Phillips

Shawn Phillips is a seasoned project manager and business analyst with extensive experience in various sectors including healthcare, finance, and insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst at Berklee College of Music since September 2019, Shawn previously held roles such as Senior Project Manager at Seniorlink, where oversight of client implementations and product enhancements for a care coordination platform was key. Shawn's earlier experience includes project management roles at MFS Investment Management, DentaQuest, Deloitte, and Erie Insurance Group, focusing on disaster recovery, CRM tool selection, PMO operations, and project management compliance. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
