Kelsey Wong

Kelsey Wong is the current Chief Operating Officer at Berkley Group since March 2021. Prior to that, Kelsey held the role of Business Development Manager at the Town of Westlake from June 2020 to March 2021. Previously, Kelsey worked at Shenandoah Valley Juvenile Center from June 2012 to June 2020, starting as a Case Manager and progressing to Deputy Director of Programs. Kelsey also held the positions of Program Director/Project Coordinator and Lead Case Manager within the organization. Kelsey holds a Master of Public Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in International and Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
