Arlene Pfleger

Arlene Pfleger has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on contract surety. Arlene began their career at Universal Bonding Insurance Company in 1994, where they served as a Senior Underwriter until 2000. From 2000 to 2015, Arlene worked at the International Fidelity Insurance Company, starting as a Senior Underwriter and progressing to the role of Assistant Vice President in Contract Surety. In 2015, they joined Berkley Insurance Group as an Assistant Vice President, where they currently hold the position of Assistant Vice President - Contract Surety.

Arlene Pfleger pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Fordham University, attending from 1983 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Peter's University, attending from 2000 to 2002.
