Kristy James

Kristy James has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in small business underwriting and training development. Since August 2019, Kristy has held various leadership positions at Berkley Aspire, including AVP of Small Business and Training/Development, Sr. Director, and Director of Core Small Business & Underwriting Operations. Prior to this, Kristy served as Small Business Underwriting Supervisor at Berkley Aspire and gained foundational underwriting experience at Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance Company and State Farm, where roles included Small Business Underwriter and Licensed Staff Member.
