Svetoslav Manolev is an accomplished professional in the wine industry with a robust background in sales and sommelier roles. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager - London Premium and Fine Wine Manager at Berkmann Wine Cellars since November 2021, Svetoslav previously excelled as Head Sommelier & Wine Buyer at Flemings Mayfair Hotel from April 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included wine list development and strategic revenue enhancement. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Head Sommelier at 67 Pall Mall, leading a team of Sommeliers, and as Head Sommelier at COYA London, managing operations and wine inventory.
