Megan Smaga

Megan Smaga is an experienced professional currently serving as a Lab Assistant at ISU School of Information Technology, where responsibilities include mentoring students in Java programming and collaborating with faculty to enhance lab sessions. In addition to this role, Megan works as a Store Cashier at Berkot's Super Foods, focusing on customer service and organizational skills. As a Biology Tutor at the ISU Visor Center, Megan assists students in understanding biological concepts and improving their study habits, especially aiding student athletes in academic success. Previously, Megan gained customer service experience as a Cashier at the ISU Bowling & Billiards Center. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Illinois State University, completed in 2021, and graduated from Peotone High School in 2018.
