Kelsey Hanlon

Kelsey Hanlon has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kelsey began their career at Berkshire Bank in 2011 as a Loan Compliance Specialist. Kelsey then moved on to Lee Bank in 2012, where they worked as a Community Banker and BSA Assistant. In 2014, they returned to Berkshire Bank and held various roles including Financial Auditor II, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and First Vice President in the Compliance department. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Compliance at Berkshire Bank.

Kelsey Hanlon completed the Berkshire Leadership Program at Berkshire Chamber of Commerce in 2013. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2011.
