Melissa Taylor

Melissa Taylor has over two decades of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the FVP, Risk Governance Officer at Berkshire Bank since November 2004. Melissa has held various positions within the bank, including VP and AVP of GRC Officer, Sr. Loan Review Analyst, Sr. Commercial Underwriter, Credit Analyst, Branch Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Float CSR/Teller at Florence Savings Bank from August 2003 to October 2004. Melissa holds an MBA in Business from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst (2004-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a minor in Marketing from Franklin Pierce University (2000-2003).
