Todd Byers has had an extensive career in the IT industry, holding various titles such as SVP Chief Technology Officer, VP of ITSM, and Manager of Engineering and ITSM Services. With experience in companies like Berkshire Bank, MAXIMUS, and CDPHP, Todd has been responsible for managing Linux Engineering, automation and configuration management, Nagios monitoring, VMware infrastructure, and more. Todd also served in the US Navy as an IT2 Second Class Petty Officer before pursuing their education at various universities.
