Susan Faile

Susan Faile has extensive experience in product development. Susan began their career in 2000 as a Product Development Manager at Milliken & Company, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they joined Berkshire Holding Corporation as a Global Product Development Team Leader before being promoted to Global Director of Product Development in 2011. Susan has held this position to the present day.

Susan Faile attended Clemson University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Chemistry.
