Chris Phaneuf

Christine Phaneuf is an accomplished HR and operations leader with extensive experience in the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent at Berkshire Grey since June 2020, Christine previously held the role of Vice President of Operations at SquareTrade, overseeing the integration of PlumChoice into the company. At PlumChoice, Christine progressed through various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed HR, learning and development, quality assurance, and customer service delivery, pioneering remote work practices. Earlier career highlights include HR leadership roles at Gazelle, Carbonite, Juniper Networks, TIBCO Software, and RSA Security. Christine holds an M.Ed in Human Resource Education from Boston University and degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
