Steven Dyki is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in litigation and insurance defense, currently serving as Vice President of Litigation at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies since April 2020. Previously, Steven held the position of Partner at Hannum, Feretic, Prendergast & Merlino, LLC, and Russo & Toner, LLP, specializing in construction accidents and New York State Labor Law violations. Steven’s early career includes roles as an Associate at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., Fabiani Cohen & Hall, LLP, Rusin Maciorowski & Friedman, and Vitell & Spitz, Ltd., where expertise was developed in managing complex personal injury, workers' compensation, and insurance defense cases. Steven holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Central Michigan University.
