Nicholai Dowdy

Nicholai Dowdy is currently serving as a Specialist in the United States Army Reserve since February 2024 while also working as a Marketing Designer at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beazley, REALTORS® since January 2023. In this role, Nicholai has developed marketing personas for various home-buying audiences and organized events in collaboration with coworkers and stakeholders. Previous experience includes positions such as Instructional Assistant at Rutgers University, where Nicholai supported over 400 students, and Marketing Coordinator at McKinley Homes, which involved designing marketing materials and managing online listings. Nicholai has also worked as a Freelance Creative Producer, Retail Sales Associate, and Valet Attendant, among other roles. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communication and Media from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Chapman University, complemented by various international academic programs.
