Steven James

Steven James has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Steven is currently serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, New York Properties since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director of Brokerage Development at HomeServices of America from April 2021 to April 2022. Steven also has a long history with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, where they served as President of Manhattan Brokerage from 2009 to 2021, President from 2007 to 2021, and President of Manhattan Brokerage since 1990.

Steven James received their BS in Education with a focus on Speech and Drama from North Texas University, from 1968 to 1972.
