Curt Favinger

Curt Favinger, MBA, is an experienced project manager and real estate professional with a diverse background in construction management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Owner's Representative, Leader, and Project Manager at Broaddus & Associates since August 2022, Curt also contributes as a Board of Directors Member for Save Eagle Mountain Lake Inc. since January 2020 and as a Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas since June 2019. Prior experience includes overseeing significant projects at HPM and Hillwood Construction Services, as well as managing commercial real estate projects at TD Ameritrade Institutional, where notable achievements include overseeing the construction of a $198 million LEED Platinum building. Curt's military service as a Marine Officer and educational qualifications, including an MBA and a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, further enhance the expertise brought to their roles.
