Douglas Knapp

Douglas Knapp, CPCU, has extensive experience in operations management within the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since May 2013. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Operations at the same company, Vice President of North American Property Casualty Program Operations at XL Group, and Vice President of Program Operations at Lexington Insurance Company. Initial career beginnings included positions at Cigna and as a Budget Analyst at Temple University. Douglas holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BS in Economics and Accounting from PennWest Edinboro.
