Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Leo was the head of Healthcare Professional Liability at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Leo also spent 5 years at American International Group as a professional liability underwriter.

Leo has a deep understanding of the risks associated with healthcare professionals and has been instrumental in developing innovative coverage solutions to address these exposures.
